we regularly come to nürnberg and look for a new interesting restaurant. this has surpassed my expectations: insurgent and well-trained staff. bartender also with tipps at the table. very clear menu, which is a sign of freshness for me. tagessuppe was mushroom soup, very pikant! tatar very well seasoned, with interesting chili sprinklerEverything extremely kreatiw dressed and tastefully good to very good. only the sauces that are crawled around the main dish - the tasty, crunchy, meat and fish à la minute-class! only the potatoes were quite lazy: rosmarinkartoffeln pretty in small but unsalted. chic interieur in a good location right behind the national museum, even if the direct neighbours are a bit in need of reconciliation. very friendly and attentive service. large, cozy tables. dining offer strongly focused on grilled with great steak-out, clear price statements, even though these are quite - as in the steak restaurant not to be expected otherwise - dedicated. perfectly roasted steaks with a tasty supplement and very good sauces. the fishtatar, however, was rather disappointing, as without special dressing and taste. of the cooking art therefore rather limited, but of the core competence at steaks very convincing. long weinlist with quite affordable trips. overall recommended...

the service is very accommodating and will certainly continue to play, which is locally only opened since 01.05.17. the supplements were overpriced. the sweet potatoes were very good, partly somewhat salty, but come from the same bag as elsewhere and the portion size was also only normal. therefore the price was somewhat overdue. the vegetable was a little oily. the pfeffer sauce was tasteful in order (tastes are different) but also overpriced for the portion size. for this the meat was outstanding! excellent quality and excellently prepared. the rejuvenation to the choice of the piece was also top! because the meat was so good there were 5 stars, otherwise it would have been only 3-4!

First things first, the food here is very good. Presented beautifully.... however....this was completely undermined by Charlie our waiter who decide upon himself to humiliate everyone around the table, dismissing questions and requests from all with sarcastic remarks. This might be funny to begin with but when it lasted for the whole meal and included belittling his colleagues it was no joke. When you are paying nearly 900 Euros for dinner with important business clients this was embarrassing, uncomfortable and disappointing leaving a very bitter taste in our mouths. the restaurant is nothing for the small purse but loves for the palate of good eating. service more than just very good! 1 for our personal waiter charlie! here is served with humor and friendliness. the ambiente is very beautiful and is also suitable as in our case for a trip with almost 20 people. appetizer, main dish, dessert had already been informed in advance and were served quickly, beautifully dressed and very tasty. in any case, the next visit in nürnberg will end again in the golden poodle.

Here it is said to be careful: who accepts careless brot and olive oil, it will find it later on the calculation: 3.-€ . the meat spear was good, except for the carburized (cancerogenic) edges. some bbq sauce? 4.-€ !The sweet potatoes were impeccable.The service unparticipated, but tried.When we protested because of the little transparent pricing, we got back the money for the grill sauce.That was fair. Overall but a restaurant that is neither for pleasure nor for relaxation.

.....a rare kinda thing here in Central Europe is to find a good place that serves a good steak or beef! Here we found an excellent T-bone served with good chips and a very fine bottle of red wine! Meat was well prepared and served just as we ordered it to be......................

great steakhouse, the service is very sympathetic and the friendliness does not work on. the meat was really excellent. we were in the golden poodle on the occasion of a birthday. the restaurant has a great ambiente, very friendly and attentive service. meat and fish, as well as our pre- and after-seating were of perfect quality. we felt very comfortable and will come back with certainty.

I am annoyed now for the second time that I am standing in front of closed doors on Mondays, although on the homepage and on the door there is something else. Maybe it should be changed. Thank you!
