I visited this location this morning and have been coming here frequently because it's close to my job. This is the third consecutive time I've requested crispy potatoes, and once again, I received potatoes that were less than crispy, nearly soggy. Today, when I refused to accept them, I was met with a dirty look. A different employee delivered the same unappealing potatoes and even shook her head as she turned away, thinking I didn't notice. All I'm asking for is what I’ve paid for and a bit of decent customer service. If the manager or staff want to pay for my potatoes, they can prepare them however they like. Entered the drive thru, they took my order. Bacon cheeseburger, only pickles, lettuce, and mustard. Had to wait a bit, but when I got home, I noticed the burger was made wrong. Had mayo and onions and tomatoes. I drove back to the store and I handed my bag back with the burger and fries over to the attendants. They took the burger back to the kitchen for surgery. That's when I asked if the mayo had egg whites. The guy said yes, and i told him I have an allergy. They proceeded to hand back the same burger just with the sauce, and lower half changed out. Just got home with my 2 Big Daddy sandwiches.Both were raw burgers. Not rare, but raw. I tried to microwave one of the sandwiches and by the time most of the red was gone, the burger was ruined. I saved the other sandwich to take back tomorrow for a refund. Hopefully they will give me a refund. What if I had an auto immune deficiency? and can’t eat raw meat. Needless to say, I won’t be eating there again. I only wish I could indulge pictures. Unbelievable!
Food is always good here but the lady working the drive through window had terrible customer service, energy, and attitude. If you don't like your job then leave, but don't be rude to someone who is just trying to get food here and has done nothing wrong. She gave me attitude when I asked for extra toppings on my kids' burgers and didn't make eye contact, say thank you, or anything. She was silent at the window.

Great employees, the manager lady and the girl working there and the room in back all friendly people and welcoming. The food was phenomenal for faster food. I had the breakfast burrito (bacon) and the meal with a orange juice. Great seasoning on potatoes and orange juice comes bottled sealed. Highly recommend.
The restaurant is family-friendly, but unfortunately, the arcade games were broken. My grandson, who is autistic, really wanted to play but was unable to, which made him upset throughout our visit. However, everyone else seemed to have a great time.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Don't go here, complete waste of money and time. Learn how to train your people to do anything!!
