I remember when I visited this location and the girl straight up told me I need to hurry because she was about to close. Another time I went and I got soooo sick but I didn't want to believe it was the cookies. I went back again and I was good. But this time when I went back I got six cookies, once I got home I realized they weren't soft SHAME ON THEM!! It is now 1:00pm and I am still sick, I have not had anything to eat because my stomach hurts and I know for a fact it was those cookies because I have gotten sick from eating there before. I ordered a cookie cake to honor my late brother, but unfortunately, the cake was undercooked. When I called to speak with the manager, she insisted that this couldn't be the case because everyone else's cakes were fine. I clarified that I was only talking about my cake. She offered to let me bring it back the next day for an exchange, but my event was today, not tomorrow. This location doesn't offer refunds, and it's obvious that it's poorly managed under new leadership. After many years of patronage, we have decided not to return to this restaurant.
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The staff member who assisted me, possibly named Aaliyah, was quite rude. I had ordered a cookie cake a week in advance, but when I arrived, it wasn’t ready. She responded to my inquiries in a sarcastic manner, which I found very unprofessional. I prefer to support businesses that prioritize good customer service, and unfortunately, I cannot say that about this experience.

I’m not sure if it’s just this location, but the cheesecake brownie has definitely changed. It resembled more of a cheesecake cookie than the brownie I expected. The cheesecake layer was very thin, and the base was made from chocolate chip cookie dough instead of brownie. I wish I had noticed this before purchasing. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
I want to extend my gratitude to the staff at this location. The manager is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered a last-minute cake, and I must say, they did an excellent job with it. The restaurant is also very clean and maintains high hygiene standards. I highly recommend this place!
Everytime I'm at the mall, I want a cookie l However the girl who always there remind me not to get one. She is so dry, nonchalant and unwelcoming. Reminds me to keep my almost $3 a cookie in my pocket. I walk over and get me a pretzel instead.

I’d like to thank the staff at this location. The manager is incredibly helpful and well-informed. I ordered a last-minute cake, and I must say they did an excellent job with it. The place is also very clean and hygienic. Highly recommended!
