After having a look through Green Egg's Instagram page, my friends and I decided to have brunch here. The savory option which I tried, their version of shrimp and grits, was very mid-tier and frankly unappealing. Both the shrimp and grits were under seasoned, while the grits were cloyingly rich yet flavorless. The sauce which accompanied it was overly vinegary, lumpy stew, which failed to bring the dish together. The random topping of eggs also added nothing, if anything, highlighted the absurd ratio of shrimp to grits. The shrimp seemed to be more of a scant garnish, than a substantial part of the meal. It seems as though there's an attempt to overwhelm with quantity, rather than deliver a qu...

This charming cash-only restaurant boasts a lovely atmosphere adorned with lush greenery and beautiful artwork, instantly making you feel at home. Our party of four was warmly welcomed by a friendly hostess who promptly seated us. Shortly after settling at our table, a polite waitress came over to take our orders. Being a BYOB establishment, you can bring your favorite beverages to enjoy with your meal. Despite it being a busy Sunday morning, our food was served in no time. My husband chose the Creole shrimp and grits, my son opted for the Buffalo mac and cheese, my daughter had the fruity pebbles French toast, and I indulged in the crème brûlée French toast. The portions are quite generous...

I had a great experience at the restaurant. The restaurant is adorned with beautiful artwork and lush greenery, creating an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. The service was exceptional and the breakfast I ordered was delicious. My friend also enjoyed her dish. Specifically, I ordered the Creme Brulee French toast with a tropical smoothie. While the smoothie wasn't my favorite, the French toast was quite filling and I couldn't even finish it. However, it is important to note that this restaurant is on the expensive side. The French toast alone cost me $18 and my friend and I ended up spending a total of $70+, largely due to the high service fee.

My husband and I visited The Green Eggs Cafe for a brunch date and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was attentive and friendly. I ordered the Big Boy Grilled Cheese Sandwich with breakfast potatoes, while my husband chose the slow-cooked Short Ribs Benedict with potatoes. Both dishes were delicious! The coffee was so good that we enjoyed it black. The servers were great! Initially, we were a bit concerned about the lack of parking, but after circling the block, we found two open spaces. I'm really glad we waited because this place is definitely worth the trip! Reserva una mesa ahora

The atmosphere was the highlight of our visit. We didn't have a dedicated server; it seemed like whoever was nearby would attend to us. I didn't mind this approach. The food was decent, although it was much better a few years ago, and the menu feels a bit repetitive. Nonetheless, it's still a nice spot for breakfast or an early lunch. Just a heads up, there's no liquor service, so unfortunately, no mimosas for the ladies! Overall, it's a great place for a family breakfast, and they do offer a children's menu, making it kid-friendly.

Charming café with indulgent food and generous portions. The prices are on the higher side, but it’s worth it (note that they only accept cash, if that’s a consideration for you). After seeing some mouthwatering photos of their French toasts on Instagram, I was compelled to visit immediately. It definitely lived up to my expectations, and I plan to return for the Benedict and home fries. I highly recommend it!

The Green Eggs Cafe is definitely worth a visit! Parking is a bit tricky, and you'll need to pay in cash, so be ready for that. However, the food more than makes up for it! We tried the Blueberry Lemon French Toast, which was absolutely incredible. We also had the egg plate with fresh goat cheese, and it was fantastic as well!
