I've been visiting the Gregson Centre for many years now and I have to say I still enjoy going once in a while to go to a place with a nice atmosphere and relatively cheap drinks. However, I've found that the price of the food...has drastically increased compared to what it was previously. The food is delicious (except for the pizzas, but I'll mention that in a sec) and the prices used to be a lot more reasonable; I feel that now they're not worht paying for, which I feel bad for saying. The pizzas have seemed to decline in quality recently. Whenever I got one with meat on it, it would come out extremely greasy and not really a wholesome experience. This used to be a firm fave before I went vegan everything on the menu is on point. When I went vegan I was delighted when I saw that they do vegan cheese so all the veggie pizzas can be veganised (also highly recommend the gluten free base) You can also ask them to make the veggie burger vegan too they add the vegan cheese to that too. This place is a solid choice for vegan pizza although if I'm honest the Britannia that opened recently has blown it out of the water vegan pizza-wise
Good food, nice atmosphere. Dogs welcome which is great. Lots of books and magazines available as well as board games and kid's toys and colouring pencils. Coal fire on a chilly night. Plenty of clubs including a choir and a choice of rooms for hire including a small cinema. Food is great and very reasonably priced with a vegan menu. Good beers and a good selection of spirits. Nice, friendly staff too.
very friendly, beautiful atmosphere and a generally beautiful place to spend the evening. Being vegan feels quite normal here because of the great selection of vegan foods. they are always really happy, veganize eating and the personal led me to the only vegan cheese I can and actually want to eat. violife btw . highly recommended

Visiting friends and they suggested this place for an evening meal. It's homely but not plush. The staff were a bit flustered and missed part of our order... but... the food here is amazing. I had the vegan pizza. The best pizza I've ever had bar none. We will definitely be going back.
I went to the Gregson centre with some people that I have known for a long time. We wanted a big meal, and the staff there said that was OK. The good was lovely, but in the way out a woman in clothes made from...hemp asked if I would buy her vegan carpet. I didn't though.
a good place of focus; the gregson centre meets this necessity. a reasonable selection of drinks and means of living to make reasonable plans. the personal is helpful and friendly and fits into the overall atmosphere.
I am waiting to hear if the veggie chilli is suitable for vegans, it is delicious and their Mexican veggie pizza is just divine. vegan cheese can be ordered even online, with free delivery. brilliant!
