Grill'd is awesome. The chadstone place always looks after it's customers, and I've eaten here maybe a dozen times, and once in the last couple of days.The key is consistency - both in service + and food quality. And although this is a burger joint they pull it off in a high quality way. I really enjoy the fact that they do gluten free buns too. Not many places will cater for GF sensitive people but they always have availability.Tasty burgers, awesome chips, delicious dips, in a nice environment. With a glass of wine to top it all off. Nice.
If Ben isn’t already the owner manager regional customer service executive, he should be.Ben went above and beyond today during peak time, to manage multiple of my large orders patiently and respectfully both over the phone and in store.In a timely manner, he and the team prepared our meals perfectly and have to also note that every single element in our burgers was perfect.Thank you all, Grill’d Give Ben a promotion. It’s not every day you find Customer Service like this.
the vegan burger is good, but it would be better if it was the patty more protein based tofu or lean or something. but it was nice. very healthy tasting. no traditional fat burger. also the description for the restaurant is incorrect, they do not need to ask for modifications, all that is vegan, including the vegan burger, is marked as such. However, if they want to change the other burgers, they can.
It is new branch of "Grill'd" restaurants chain recently opened in Chadstone shopping centre. I with my family had Norish & Flourish beef burger, Baa Baa lamb burger and Zen Hen chicken burger. We also ordered Chips share plate, where were 3 type of chips: Grill'd chips, Sweet potato's and Zucchini's with different souses. Every dish was very tasty. Service was really helpful and good.

Burgers are best ever. Skip the sweet potato fries and go for the regular fries. Expensive but worth it. We came here on a Monday at lunch time and it's absolutely empty. Great, attentive service.
This is my favorite grilld, staff are amazing! Food is great! They are one of the only grilld that do sweet potato chips as well as the normal potato chips!
