we returned as usual for grilled ribs and were influenced by the table next to taking polenta with porcini mushrooms. with the new management we hope to open a new era for this pleasant and historical meeting. for an informal working lunch we went to the grotto osteria Croce. The environment is a little old fashion, especially in the interior, but compensated by the kindness of the chef and the staff of service. I ate the foal fillet on aardensia: Good and tender meat, side dishes as well. The sauce was good, but maybe someone else could be offered. the presentation of the dish is not beautiful but not only that. The homemade baked cream was good but maybe a little expensive. the staff was very kind.
