This was our first time eating there and will be our last time there. First off I've ate In every state we have and a quarter of Canada and this may well be the worst place I have ever ate at. To start with when we got seated our waitress said they didn't have any silverware to give us as they had a big party outside and I guess they had all the silverware. During our stay in Orangeburg on our way back from Florida, we decided to check out some local restaurants for pizza, since we hadn’t had any in Florida. We hadn’t looked at Yelp before our visit. We were seated quickly, and our server arrived shortly after. We started with the lemon pepper butter wings, which had a crispy texture instead of being rubbery, and they were excellent. For our main courses, we each ordered a small pizza—one barbecue chicken and one meat lovers. My husband grew up in Orangeburg and HOP was always a family favorite so we wanted to take our children while passing through town for the night. It did not disappoint! We ordered a Greek salad to share, a Buffalo chicken pizza and our kids split a pepperoni pizza. The salad was particularly good, lots of toppings and cheese and the house dressing was excellent. Pizzas were cooked just right and lots of flavor. Kids had fun playing cornhole while we waited. The outside dining area was really nice, plenty of space for parties to spread out. Great beer selection too. Kirsten was our waitress. She was very friendly and made sure our glasses were always full.
Visited the House of Pizza on Dec 27th for my birthday with a large crowd. Our server did a phenomenal job making sure we were taken care of. The restaurant was obviously very crowded but she kept us aware of the status of our order and was very professional. The seemed to be manager, on the other hand, was not. Being short staffed, the waitresses were running around working extremely hard and the manager (in front of our party, and other customers) bashed a young server for her performance. This was unprofessional and made me sad for the young girl. Food was good!

Everytime we come here and get the calzone we always say NO ONIONS!!! we get the greek salad NO ONIONS....... And we told the waitress please make sure there's no onions she said that ill underline it guess what the salad was fine calzone had onions girlfriend can't eat onions she got sick told the waitress she said she was going to say something to the cooks and never heard from anyone's..... Safe to say we won't be coming back.... they should treat there Customers With a little more respect...
Worst meal I have tried to eat ever. This is not Italian food in any sense of the word. I ordered Chicken Parmesan. I got chicken tenders with spaghetti pasta and tomato sauce I took one bite and that was it. Another friend ordered ziti and it wasn't even ziti pasta. It was some kind of pasta with plain tomato sauce, not marinara, tomato sauce only. Order a pizza, the rest is horrible.
The food was tasty, but the service was quite slow, as we were served by a robot. There were no other customers in the restaurant, and I had to ask for everything. The staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other rather than attending to the diners. I really wish I could give them half a star.
Good food. Nice staff. Music outside. Cold beers (bottles). Prices a tad bit high for the local environment. Cook messed up my steak and cheese sandwich, added long onions all over it. Replaced my plate in a timely manner.

The menu offers a great variety of options. My wife particularly loves the different salads available. The service is consistently friendly and attentive.
the tablet at the bar is a eye burning scenery accent to the whole bar. I could not even enjoy myself please replace the original tablet
