So the food was great. We ordered the banquet. Lots of bread and drips to start with.. all tasting fresh and very yum!! Mains was like a mixed grill with rice and salad. Desert was a mystery and I will explain this further down.The low rating for this review was because of the service. It wasn't bad service because there was NO service. While this restaurant is BYO they do offer soft drinks.. but no service means no buying of said soft drinks. I did ask for ice.. it never arrived.. I asked again.. it still never arrived. Terrific Turkish cuisine again, lucky enough to be here with my family for a delightful lunch, the place being packed was a good indication yet again of its reputation, spoke with some expatriate Turks who had been coming for years and they categorically stated they serve the best Turkish food in Melbourne, and I couldn't agree more, young girls serving the food did an excellent job too. Highly recommended.
Food was yummy . Service not! Our table was basically ignored . We had to ask for service when we first got there . We asked for ice 3 times . Never got it . Our set menu included sweets but they never arrived . We actually rang the restaurant from our table to get them to clear away our plates . We were given sweets to take home cos they never arrived at the table . Disappointing .
We don't get to eat out very often with a toddler, and tonight we tried here. Toddler wasn't happy so we got take aways. The food here is always great- the dips are awesome and we will be eating the accompanying flat bread for next week there was so much of it. Chicken shish was the favourite dish tonight. We also got the lamb kofta- toddler loved it

All the meat dishes are excellent at that place! And the rest is good as well. Highly recommend as a take-away, but it's good to eat-in as well. The staff is friendly and professional, and the prices are friendly as well.
Great food. You could dine on just the dips and bread, don't think of going without an appetite. Enjoyed having some very tasty vegetarian options too. The meat lovers in our group were very happy.
Great Turkish food. We had the mini menu which included five dips with Turkish bread and we all had our own plate of meat/salad/rice. Well worth it and we couldn't eat another thing.

Small, busy but with a great atmosphere. Large portions of very resonable priced food. Belly dancer was very good addition to the overall experience.
