I went there over the weekend for my daughter sweet 16, her choice. Food wasn’t good, only the appetizer was ok. One thing I realize they were singing happy birthday to other table after I told the waitress it’s my daughters birthday she send someone else at the take with the cake he just place it on the table no one sing happy birthday. The Wednesday Wine Dinner Price Fix Dinner at H2O in Smithtown is the best deal on Long Island for fine dining and wining!! At $40 for an exceptional three course meal that may feature Black Sea Bass, Filet Mignon or another outstanding main course plus an optional $15 for wines tailored to each course it’s the BEST. My wife and I ate there recently and had great service in a handsome dining room professionally watched over by Manager Jeremy.
Went to try out this spot for long island restaurant week. Good service and great food. They have heated fireplaces for the outdoor seating but we opted for inside. The soup was good, the shrimp was flavorful, the salmon was prepared perfectly, the cheesecake and flan were delectable. Each item showcased delicious flavors and was expertly prepared. Had a good experience with the food and would like to come back to try more!

We had the best experience tonight!! Emily, our waitress was a superstar! She made sure everything we ordered was prepared the way we wanted and she kept a close eye on us! We all know the food at H2O is good, but Emily took our experience to the highest level! We can't wait to go back ... of course we're requesting Emily to be our server! I ordered roasted half chicken. It was super dry and then I got a framed spinach? what was literally Spinach was a splash of cream on it?. It won't be back. The staff was very nice! The food is not so much.
