Ramen was decent but overall a poor experience. We had a reservation which the server did not acknowledge. When we arrived there was one party of 3 who were already seated, so it was not crowded. It took the server a while with the waters, and we asked for straws which never came. The party who was seated after us were served first, and it took a bit of time to get our order, I think it was like 30 minutes. The ramen was average, certainly not worth the wait time. There was a peculiar unpleasant smell inside the restaurant which reminded me of a strong bathroom cleaner that they were using to try to mask another odor. This restaurant definitely did not live up to the hype. The service was terrible, and the sushi was subpar, lacking proper sushi rice. The takoyaki balls were disappointing, and the ramen was just spicy without any real flavor. This experience has made me question the reliability of Yelp reviews. I usually don't write restaurant reviews, but I felt compelled to share my thoughts.
This is easily my family's favorite spot for ramen. The flavors are authentic, and the menu offers a fantastic variety. While the ambiance isn't particularly noteworthy, it's always packed when we visit, which speaks volumes about their delicious food. Clearly, people appreciate great taste!
The food was really good! I discovered this place through an app and really enjoyed the ground pork in the ramen instead of the usual pork belly. However, I’m disappointed that I didn’t receive the 1000 points for dining here. That’s a bit confusing.

I've been visiting Hanano for several months now, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The food is amazing, and the service is outstanding (this time, we had Linda, who was incredibly kind and helpful!). I give it a perfect 10/10!!!!!
We had a good experience here! The ramen broth was good (we had the build your own with miso broth), and I enjoyed being able to choose which toppings I wanted. The atmosphere and workers are very nice.
I was welcomed by the friendly staff and thoroughly enjoyed my mango drink, California Rolls, and my custom ramen dish. The food, drinks, ambiance, and service were all excellent!
I ordered the build-your-own ramen with tonkatsu and chashu. The flavor was excellent, and the service was top-notch! A special thank you to Linda for taking such good care of us.

Delicious food, great service, fantastic serving size. Staple in my lineup of restaurants in the Circle. Linda and Michelle helped me and they were the sweetest!
