We had a brilliant experience visiting as a family with our son who has multiple food allergies. The attention to detail when taking the allergy order was one of the best we’ve ever had. The order was taken by the manager who talked my son through his options reassured us everything would be double checked in the kitchen, where all allergy orders are prepared in a separate area. Our server was also fully aware of the allergy, as he double checked the allergens told us the order would come out with a different coloured flag (purple). Been to this Hard Rock before and numerous of these restaurants but was very disappointed on this visit. Firstly I went to the toilet to find three of the toilets had no toilet paper. When I questioned the manager I was told “this happens”????? When we received our food it was all cold. The nice helpful waiter offered to cook all the food again. When it came again it was still cold. Cannot understand this because the place was quite empty. Not sure I would visit again because the manager was very rude and probably not worthy of customers hard earned cash.
Wonderful food had the vegetarian burger chips, bacon burger chips, and onion rings stack. So full that couldn't even manage a dessert! Friendly and attentive staff. Quite a long wait to be seated, but it was a Saturday during December so peak holiday shopping season. Great to have drinks at the bar while waiting. Efficient service with the beepers that let you know when your table is ready.

Excellent service and food. We were visiting manchester for a few nights and received outstanding service from all the staff and the manager Rik who personally introduced himself and to support my gluten free and dairy free meal requirements. We felt very welcomed and the food was spot on. We will definitely be back again. Well done : lovely to be able to leave someone a well deserved review
Went here with my son on 19/11/23 booked in advance online. Met at door by really friendly staff member an was served by a really friendly waiter. A great vibe inside, full of pre concert eaters. Our burgers were great, cooked perfectly. Quite simply we really enjoyed our visit and will definately eat there again
Visited whilst at the Christmas market. Great staff and lovely atmosphere. Menu is the same in all cafesbut it was nicely cooked and presented. Drinks were fine ,enjoyed Happy hour!!
Lovely food and brilliant service! Called in for some tea before a concert and will definitely be back. Good value for money too and nice to have refillable soft drinks :

Worst food I have had for a long time. Overcooked dry chicken Messi would of been ashamed. Overpriced for quality of food.
