very disappointed about eating and service. the rolls on all the burgers were stale and the steak was hard and overcooked. eating is cold. server refilled our drinks once after 45 minutes from us and tried to find him. only a very bad choice of eating.
Not enough servers waited forever for service and food. The poor severs that were working were so far behind because of that. Not what I have seen at other HardRocks, place was run down, rips on bench seats of all the booths. Won’t go back!
I honestly thought the food was average at best. I could have gotten a better chicken sandwich at Wendys or McDonalds. Nachos were ok. Shrimp were over cooked. Drinks were strong but alot of mix was put into them.
Staff was great, but we never got our food. When it was finally ready we had to leave. Ticket was comped. I had to catch a flight so I never tasted any food. Looked good though. Reserva una mesa ahora

"Did the $45 multiple course option. It was fantastic , the lamb shanks for appetizer were great. You get a nice variety of food , I was satisfied and stuffed on the way out ."
