Hardee's - Reserva de mesa

3 times I've been here. 3 times I've asked and been charged for sour cream on my burrito. 3 times I have received no sour cream. Today was a special day. It looked like the burrito was an inside out burrito. Beef and sauce covering the outside with frozen cold beef on the inside. $5 for a burrito that looks like your drunk cousin Steve threw together for you out of his basement fridge leftovers. Garbage. Will not come here again.

I received the chicken tenders I was expecting, but they were quite disappointing. I had planned to share them with someone, but when I got home and opened the box, I couldn't help but laugh at how poorly they were put together—it's hard to believe anyone thinks that's acceptable. I can see why the business isn't doing as well as it once did. Total chicken tender fail!

I don't know why i keep coming here. They consistently give me the wrong food. Today they gave me the right food but the most burnt and pathetic biscuits I've ever seen. I only come in the morning so maybe other shifts are better. Not recommended if you have other options.

I liked my visit there. The employee who was taking care of the drive thru was very nice. My food was hot and fresh also. Thank you
