Most of the time I go to Hardee's bc, I don't have the time to wait for her slow service, but today I had to kill some time, so I decided to dine with my husband. I ordered chicken fingers and he ordered a chicken sandwich. The girl, Sissy Sierra, waiting for us, was very polite and sweet. She brought us our food and my chicken fingers were old and gumsy, so my husband brought them back and asked for new ones. Sierra apologized, brought me fresh chicken fingers, combed them and even gave me extra chicken fingers and sauces to compensate. Hardee has a lot of improvements to make, but Sierra is very professional and, as an entrepreneur, I know I would be happy to have them in my team.
