The coffee here is absolutely fantastic! The staff are kind and welcoming every time I visit, and the atmosphere is always filled with friendly faces. Avoid the HomeFries at Harper’s Cafe! I received a container with only five small diced potato pieces. The portions on the menu are definitely not worth the price. I suggest dining elsewhere!
