After we heard good reviews about eating, we checked it tonight and was very disappointed. we ordered brote, garlic and a bruschetta, which were very beautiful and probably the highlight of the evening. mains came, I ordered the mixed grill with maische and vege, which goes to the pub grub. was on average too poor. my steak was overcooked (made instead of medium rare,) black pudding was a small disc and burned on one side, and my maic tasted just like instant maische with kartoffels stirred through, and to round it off, my lamb snell was off. my mother had the special lamb cuts. of course they were sent back and 2 free desserts were accepted...read more

This restaurant has a stunning setting by the water in Harrington. The atmosphere is lovely. The food was decent, but the chips were cold. Also, the butter served was frozen and crimped. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience.
This lovely pub is situated in a fantastic location. The food was delightful, offering classic pub fare, and the service was excellent! I highly recommend the steaks; they are top-quality meat cooked to perfection!
