Harvey's - Reserva de mesa

Harvey's have been around since 1959 in Canada and has several locations across the country. They arrived in Napanee March 24th. 2014 and share the restaurant site with Swiss Chalet. I haven't been to a Harvey's in many years as we opted to stay away from fast foods. I strayed and decided to try it the other evening. The burgers are smaller than they used too be and didn't seem as tasty but it has been a long time since I had one. The prices seemed high for fast food compared to a sit down restaurant meal. I have had my fix so to speak and likely won't be back anytime soon.

Have eaten here several times for lunch and dinner. Have found lunches to be ok. But supper time is very slow. Tonight there were 10 people ahead of me. And the gentlemen waiting for his food at the front said he has waited over 15 minutes for the rest of his order. Cars were lined up at the drive thru....it wasn't that busy. Service was just that slow.

Went in for lunch, needing a quick meal. Looked at my watch as soon as I placed my order. IT WAS 22 MINUTES FROM WHEN I ORDERED TO WHEN MY FOOD WAS READY. Five staff stood and watched one poor fellow cook. Huge lineup waiting while a number of us stood and stood and stood waiting for our order. Not worth a repeat visit.

We had a great stop here on the way to Toronto. It's very clean and there is a helpful lady in the dining room tidying up and chatting with guests. Food was hot and everyone was smiling. Our new favorite place to stop! Reserva una mesa ahora

The staff here seemed to have little ambition. Very slow service followed by poorly cooked burgers. One was well over-cooked, the other barely cooked. Disappointing.

I ate at the Harvey's/ Swiss Chalet because it was close to the motel and one of the few places still open. I can barely call what they served me as "food"

Had dinner today, Raised Angus hamburger with salad . It tasted very good. Place is clean , staff are friendly. I recommend it to any one passing by.

The employees are really lethargic and zombified The food is at this location is bad for a Harvey's.

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
