I've ordered from this restaurant via Uber for pickup twice, and both times I received a notification that my order was ready. However, when I arrived, I found out they hadn't even started preparing it, resulting in a 20-minute wait. I understand that many places are understaffed and may have new employees, but it seems like there's a lack of oversight from the owner or management. The staff is left to handle frustrated customers on their own, which is not ideal. Overall, this fast food establishment is poorly managed.
