Typical fast food restaurant...although the service was excellent..all the employees were patient and made sure my 94 year old mom was looked after. My only complaint was no handicap parking..so wheeling her out to the parking lot down the ramp we had to squeeze between two cars...i had to make sure her hands stayed on the arms of the wheelchair so as to not touch either car.

I didn't hear my order. And you can say they're cheap everywhere. Poutine has not shredded marble cheese in it. Just curls. That was garbage. Highlight was that the burger was cooked properly, but I think that is the mere minimum for a burger compound of any kind.

This is now a combo store, as here is a Swiss chalet. I'm not a Harvey's fan, but I get Swiss Chalet once in a while and wasn't disappointed. Always hot and fresh. The staff is friendly and the restaurant was always clean.

Every time I eat or take out there, I find her burgers are delicious. I would definitely recommend it.
