Food spilled in the bag lady was rude about it thought I couldn?t speak Spanish and was telling them what to do in Spanish She acted like it was my fault that the food spilled when I haven?t even grabbed it from the counter it was there fault for notclosing it Correctly But it clearly looked like she was the manager because the person that gave me the bag was very apologeticthe rude one was the other one that was the manager
I visited this location for the first time yesterday, as I usually go to the Hayward branch. I was really disappointed with the food here; it was terrible. The chicken was tough and unappetizing. Additionally, the cashiers were engaged in conversation when we arrived and completely ignored us for several minutes. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I won’t be returning!
I loved this place and I understand inflation is hard. But I just paid $18.06 for a head of cabbage and a few scraps of meat. I ordered chicken and beef no rice no mac salad and the protein portion was a joke. I have ordered the same thing at other placesfor the same amount of money or less and have gotten way more. Look elsewhere for Hawaiian bbq.
I had a great lunch at Hawaiian BBQ. I enjoyed the BBQ chicken and BBQ beef combo, but the best part was definitely the meats. I do wish the cashier had smiled. The portions here are not satisfactory, and there's a lack of diversity in the menu. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're Black; you might find better options across the street at a genuine BBQ restaurant.
The food was prepared to order and served steaming hot! They don't charge for additional katsu sauce! It was my first visit, and I will definitely be returning!
I tried this restaurant for the first time and I really enjoyed it! The teriyaki chicken was very tasty, the restaurant is clean with open seating.
