We like shopping at our HEB... because it's always clean...... The restaurant had too few registers open, which was frustrating. The customer service was also rude. It seems that you're expecting us to use only the lanes that allow more than 15 items, yet there aren't enough lanes open. Additionally, I received disappointing service from one of your staff members.
With the COVID-19 going on, these employees were helpful and polite. From giving everyone a disinfected buggy when you walk in, to answering questions, to keeping smiles in their faces when I know they must be exhausted, this H-E-B is a perfect example of what a store should be.
This is the sorriest HEB I've ever been to. Store old and nasty. Prices are higher than other H.EB's I've been too. I think I'd rather drive into Houston than shop there. The selection sucks as well. I've lived in Wharton 6 years and have never enjoyed shopping at this store. Reserva una mesa ahora
I had a wonderful experience today at the pharmacy in this location. I want to give a huge shout-out to everyone I spoke with, especially Matt and Julius. Julius went above and beyond to ensure that our visit for the COVID vaccine went smoothly.
A good,well organized store with tons of saving coupons and opportunities. Friendly, hardworking staff that's always busy fou g what it takes to take care of customers.
