I placed an online order for some tacos, a burger and some curly fries. I ordered six tacos (three orders) and when I got home, we noticed there were only five tacos in the bag. I live about 10 minutes outside of town, so I called the restaurant to speak with someone just to let them know I was driving back to get my taco. No answer, the line was busy...I called back five more times but nothing. I get to the restaurant and found the manager outside smoking with another gentleman, not sure who he was. The cashier who originally gave me my order the first time opened the window and I explained what happened. She asked me if I wanted the taco or a refund. I pretty much lost my appetite by this...
On January 25, 2024, I visited this location and unfortunately found that they seem to have reverted back to serving old, cold food that they simply throw into a bag. To make matters worse, they missed some basic items from my order, like the curly fries that I paid extra for through the app. There were no napkins or the sauces I specifically requested. Additionally, I had to wait nearly ten minutes in line just to pick up my order. It feels like the staff has never heard of delivering a decent customer service experience. What's the purpose of mobile ordering if I still have to wait? It said 9-12 minutes, but I ended up waiting 15 minutes after I arrived, even after the time given. Perhaps they should look into this instead of just saying, "it didn’t pop up."
I have eaten the ultimate cheeseburger very good I have always eaten jack in the box burgers in wharton and Bay city tx. I highly recommend them.

Drive through service was bad. We we’re served wrong food and the attendant was very dirty. Called but got no response…
My mom drove to the window after she ordered and then they just ignored her and didn’t even dare to look at her.
The staff were pleasant. My sourdough Jack wasn't toasted properly, but it turned out to be acceptable.
The Jumbo Jack is delicious! If you're mindful of your calorie intake, it has only 520 calories.
