The staff at this Pizza Hut is amazing. I have been there for the lunch buffet and the service is great. I had a group of people eat there on Thursday Dec 22nd. We changed the order from to go, to eat in store. Drink order was taken and delivered quickly and with a smile. The entire staff was awesome. I don't normally write reviews, but this Pizza Hut could train other places on how to treat customers. Keep up the quality service and thanks for always treating me well when I come for pizza.
Pizza and wings were hot and fresh and as I remembered Pizza Hut to be once upon a time. We had a pickup up order 12 PM so that may be why. Still it was a great difference in food quality from bay city’s location. But like BC service could be better. The guy that helped at the window seemed agitated as soon as the window opened. Everyone seems so cranky and moody working at Pizza Hut in these towns lol what’s going on?
Horrible ! Horrible! I cannot say it enough. Ordered two pizzas tonight. $40. Worst pizza we've ever had. Called the location to speak with the manager all he had to say was I can give you a credit. I said we could not order from him anymore and he said have a great evening. He obviously could care less.I would rate it less than one star if they had a rating for that.
A couple of days ago, I ordered a large pizza for my family, and it was so greasy that I could have fried chicken in the amount of grease dripping from it. Fortunately, we had paper towels in the car to soak up most of the excess grease since we had just picked up the pizza before heading out of town. Come on, Wharton Pizza Hut—you can do better! Waited 15 minutes behind a car at the window, went inside to get our order that was ready and cooling off in a bag on the counter, found out we didn't get our second order of cheese bread sticks. Still haven't received our credit
The staff was incredibly friendly, and one young woman in particular was exceptionally funny, prompting me to reflect on age in a new light. The pizza was delicious, and I will definitely be returning!
Being waiting for our food 30 minutes they need more help. No waitress came to my table I had to go and get in line to order. Please get some help
