A sushi joint in the Randwick shopping centre / good for a quick bite on the run. I normally grab one right after work before the gym. They have single nigiri - many choices: spicy salmon, vegetable tempura, egg etc. All fresh and if you're not fast, they're gone by about 4:30. They also do the typical sushi rolls, including black rice and small boxes. If you get there around 5pm; you will find a discount. I don't make a habit of going to Hero Sushi, but I was in the area, in a rush and was hungry. It was 2pm and they were on the clear out so I got a few things. A good range of sushi rolls and pieces of sushi in containers. I got the tuna and cucumber sushi which tasted fine, a tad old, but I suppose it was 2pm. I also got a crab rice paper roll, these are pretty fresh and nice and healthy. The place is cheap and obviously something fast on the go. aroundtheclockfoodie.com
I quite like the Hero Sushi chain for a light lunch. I walked past and say a takoyaki Inari and was intrigued. I bought it and sat down by the water to have lunch. The Takoyaki is cold but very plump with a lot of potato. I'm not sure if this combination works but it was enjoyable to eat. I also order scallop nigiri. This is my go to place for sushi in parramatta Westfields. My ultimate favourite is sushi roll with prawn and avocado always 10/10. First time I tried the crispy box. Tbh would be cheaper and just as satisfying to get a normal salmon/avocado roll and chicken/avocado roll. But still was delicious ! Reserva una mesa ahora
This used to be my go to sushi kiosk in Westfield. Not sure what has happened to the quality? Sushi rolls now only have fillings 7/10ths through it and the rest is just bland rice. New sushi hub has opened close by and their quality and variety is better.
A wide variety of sushi rolls and bento boxes, readily made for people on the go. Their sushi have large chunks of avocado and salmon, not to mention adequate portion sizes. Plus they have awesome end of the day discount deals!
Been a fan of hero sushi for a while now. Their roll are extremely delicious, also they have a variety of different kind of sushi so you can choose from, and very reasonable price as well
