After waiting over 30 minutes, another staff member came over and asked if we had placed our order. She then informed us that it wasn't actually table service and that we needed to order at the bar. I watched as drinks were delivered to other tables, only to find myself carrying drinks from the bar to our own table. To make matters worse, they had run out of pizzas, which is a significant part of their menu.
On the plus side, the Korean spicy chicken was excellent, but the rest of our meals were quite average. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority for them; the venue seems to exist mainly to serve hotel guests.

Conveniently located in the city above the Queen Street Mall this roof top bar is a great place for a pre or post dinner drinks. Have a wander around the city sites then settle down by the outdoor swimming pool and enjoy a cocktail, craft beer or a snack. There is a lovely view across the mall featuring the old style architecture that is rarely given a look when shopping. Staff are pleasant and have gone the extra mile when the bar is not busy. The entrance maybe hard to find at first but it is worth the extra awareness to get up there and relax. Great ambience!
I was glad to dine here for Valentine's Day, but everything felt quite disorganized. There was only one staff member attending to over 30 customers. The food, however, was excellent. I was really hoping for a nice atmosphere on the rooftop terrace, but unfortunately, that didn't happen.

I was excited to dine here for Father's Day, but everything felt quite disorganized. There was only one staff member attending to over 30 guests. The food, however, was excellent. I had really hoped for a lively atmosphere on the rooftop terrace, but it just wasn’t there.
I visited around 5:30 p.m. and enjoyed a cup of ale during Happy Hour. The atmosphere was pleasant and ideal for having a drink. However, I wasn't a fan of a child from the hotel who was jumping around nearby.
The quality of the food and service is excellent. This is what the hospitality industry should strive for. A special thanks to Abby from Canada, who was both knowledgeable and friendly.
