I visited this restaurant twice in the course of a 5 day visit to Salzburg. Since I returned, it will not surprise that I enjoyed my first visit. On that first visit the staff, all Korean, were unfailingly attentive, helpful and chatty. I had a very hot spicy meal, both starter and main course and waiter went out of his way to warn me that my choices were spicy. I was given chop sticks for my main course, but offered cutlery if I preferred. Food was excellent, spicy hot, washed down by nice local (I think) beer. POSITIVES:I was shocked to fine good Korean food in Salzburg. After days of having dumplings (since I am a vegetarian), I was thrilled to find vegetarian friendly food with taste. The Bi Bim Bap with tofu was smaller than I am used to but very tasty. The ginger-cinnamon tea was refreshing and also very enjoyable. NEGATIVES:1. The restaurant does not allow credit cards for meals under 50 Euros. No where on the menu or on signs does it say this. Customers should be warned if cash is required.2. Most Korean restaurants provide numerous side disease, but Hibiskus only provides 2 which are not refilled. We were on the last three days of our visit in Salzburg when we tried out this restaurant. We ended going to dinner the three days. Just sitting in the restaurant waiting to be served we were amazed by the aromas coming form the kitchen which made you feel eager to have the food in front of you. Every single day we tried something different and every single dish we had was delicious and very well presented. The staff were very helpful in helping us to decide what to have. For that I must thank Kang and the other waiters who served us. I must also mention Song the owner who made us feel very welcome and gave us a first class service.
We arrived with some trepidation, as we’d seen a number of reviews about slow service. But I’m really pleased we ignored them our experience was very different, the service was excellent, it was relaxed, but certainly not slow. The food was fantastic, incredibly tasty....We had a veggie (tofu) Bi him bap and a roast beef one too. The free little sides of pickled aubergine and fresh wasabi were a great unexpected addition. The servers were so polite and accommodating, the owner even came around to check we were happy with everything. Loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Booking advised.

The menu was so varied it was difficult to make a choice. We both had starters and a main course and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful, This is a very popular restaurant and although we arrived early it soon filled up and this may have been the reason we never got our second rounds of drinks we had ordered. However, it didn't spoil a great evening and we would certainly go back again.
I went here with my friends and for me was the first time. I was surprised how was possible to bring the dog inside and also the pram . We had good accommodation. the waiter had a good food knowledge There was a pianist playing...the piano . The food was very good too. The price was acceptable. High recommend
Really lovely place with nice interior. As a vegan, everything was marked clearly with allergens so I easily found various vegan dishes so much so, I struggled to pick just one. The food was cooked perfectly and the staff were friendly. Rather pricey but worth it.
1) food so so, bi bim bap too sweet2) no tradition: forget extra kimchi unless you pay extra 3) rather expensive Oh, I forgot, NO credit card under EURO50.00? And make you feel like you are dirt if you don't have the cash ...Pass along, there are better choices

We were so glad to find this cozy Korean restaurant in Salzburg! Food was very delicious and beautifully arranged. We enjoyed all the food from appetizers to desserts. The atmosphere was also relaxing along with kind workers' prompt service.
Both drinks and foods are very good, and the restaurant atmosphere is nice. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.
