This charming, cozy old pub is fantastic! It offers a wonderful selection of beers. When we visited, there was a live band entertaining the crowd, and we appreciated the ample seating available. They even have an outdoor area with picnic benches, which is dog-friendly. Although we only tried the samplings, the pub food was delicious. If you're in the area, definitely check it out!

susie and the people they serve are just great. it keeps a fabulous standard in the cleanliness of this big pub and the beer and eating are two to not. I wish I could go back there, but living in the U>S> keeps me up. susie and her personal are fantastic. I love and respect you and your team. well done. - are you all happy.

I met three employees, and they were all incredibly friendly and professional. Even though the pub was quite busy, we were able to find a table and enjoy an amazing meal. The lamb dish I had was the best I've eaten in years. I can't recommend this place enough—10 out of 10 all around!

Great traditional food in world famous Bowness pub, very busy in summer, great outdoor seating and excellent choice of well kept beer. Staff are amazing, not sure how they cope with all the orders but still manage to be friendly, helpful and engaging. ....would recommend... Reserva una mesa ahora

The pub offers excellent food and a good selection of drinks. Service is quick and friendly. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options, with some tables outside featuring large umbrellas. Prices are reasonable.
