(4.5 rating Didn't have too much interaction with the staff, but what I did have was pleasant. The hotel was in a nice area too, at the end of a parking lot away from the road, so I didn't have any road noise. Lots of places to walk to as well. The lobby was a little small and uninviting, but the breakfast area was nice and the rooms are very spacious. The entrance to the room is almost at least twice as wide as they usually are, and there was plenty of space. The ceiling was a little higher as well. Had a terrible experience here. Came in off of a flight and was treated very poorly by one of the front desk workers. When I tried to check in, she said I was a no show and was supposed to check in the day before. I called IHG corporate and they said someone at the hotel changed my check in date. This was without my consent and no one tried to contact me from the hotel about this. They overcharged me $300 and I had to wait days to finally speak to the general manager Teresa who had a similar attitude to the front desk worker. They even put me in a handicapped room when I booked a standard room and would not comp me the night due to their mistake. Worst hotel experience of my life. I've never...
This is always my favorite hotel to stay at in the area when I travel for work. The beds here are especially comfortable in comparison to other hotels. The gym is a little small but it gets the job done. I really enjoy being able to walk to several restaurants and being a short drive away from major stores the movie theatre. The breakfast is a little too simple but it’s standard for the chain. The staff are always nice here too I’ve never had an issue with anyone. A lot of people stay here for work and you often run into the same characters every week which is a good sign in my book.
The location in close to food and retail. Access is a bit tricky because of the geography but the roads are wide and well marked. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, properly stocked, and comfortable. Parking was ample and easy. There was even a nice view! The breakfast was simple but even here there was an emphasis on quality. Nothing here feels compromised for value and the overall impression here is of attentive quality. Yet it remains afordable.Staying here is a problem. This is a fantastic place for families to stay. The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is delightful. The beds are comfortable, there's free parking, and it's conveniently located near a wide variety of shops. The carpet in our room felt a bit damp, but I believe it had just been cleaned, which isn’t a bad thing at all! We also appreciated the no-pet policy. The rooms are spotless, and there are plenty of activities nearby, including major retail chain stores and a multitude of restaurants and fast food options.
Greeted by a friendly staff member. She even helped my husband get his correct hilton honors reward number correct. We got to the room, and it smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. We asked for a room change, and she did it without giving us a hard time and apologized for it. The staff was always friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast was always great looking. The 2nd room didn't smell! The beds were comfortable and plush.
This restaurant deserves a perfect 5 rating because it goes the extra mile to cater to its guests. The rooms are kept clean, and while the breakfast isn't exceptional, it definitely gets the job done. The location is very convenient, situated near shops and restaurants. The walls might not be the thickest, but the noise isn't too bothersome. The mattress could use some improvement. Overall, I’d give the rooms a 5/5.
Wifi never works correctly. Rooms are never cleaned properly. The pool is absolutely disgusting. I work outta town have stayed here 5 days a week for the last month. The pool has yet to be cleaned. Our room was exceptionally clean, and the location was very convenient. We stayed in the queen suite, which easily accommodated our family of five with two queen beds and a queen pull-out sofa. The linens were fresh, and the bathrooms appeared to be well sanitized. Overall, I would rate the rooms 5 out of 5.
