My wife and I were here for some pub food tonight, we sat in the bar area and noticed over 100 tvs, a total of 152 in total from the entrance to the outside patio to the washrooms, never miss the game here! Thursday night was 1/2 price wings not jumbo has advertised but pretty good. $3.75 domestic bottle or rail special all day today. We have been here a few times since it opened, to try and give it another chance, but I have never had good customer service. This most recent time was the worst! It was a weekday afternoon and there was only a few occupied tables. We waited at the door for 7-8 minutes while we watched the hostess sitting down playing on her phone. When she finally acknowledged us she seemed quite irritated that we interrupted her time. She walked a head of us to the table and literally dropped the menus, didn't say a single word, and walked away without even looking at us. We visited Hoops during a visit to Niagara Falls. It was a Sunday evening and the place was empty. I have no complaints with the service; however, the food was terrible. My husband and I both ordered 1 lb of wings (mild for me, honey garlic for him) with fries and veggies. The carrot sticks were limp and the veggie dip was awful. The chicken wings were overcooked and chewy and the mild sauce was tasteless. The fries weren't too bad but not great either. Not worth the money paid and will not go back.
This place is disgusting. So dirty and never have I experienced worse service. I wish I could give it negative stars. The waitress brought me out a dirty mug, rather than apologizing, she argued that it had just come out of the dishwasher. My husband ordered two different types of beer and they had neither, again no apology or attempt to accommodate. This was my first time here and I will never come back, would rather have McDonalds. Do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere.

We went to the movies across the way and thought this would be a great spot for lunch. We sat down and ordered right away, because we had to go, didn't realize the mistake. After looking around, noticed it was so dirty. Bathrooms are gross, place was deplorable. I had thoughts going through my mind, of how dirty the kitchen is? UGH. Waitress was very kind, only good aspect. Food was mediocre. Never going back again.
very nice sports bar/ restaurant, sports sports sports on all the tvs can be boring when there is no game on. Bar has a nice separation from restaurant side but we like to sit on the bar side. It is next to the local movie theatre with plenty of parking. Had the wings special and a ( $9 ) slushie pina colada.
The health inspector should shut this place down, it was filthy, bathroom was absolutely disgusting, food was so so, only good thing was are server she was fast friendly and made no mistakes she honestly should be in a high class place not this hole in the wall.
Wings were very small but very tasty. Nice portion size. Lots of TV's if you are into sports... Didn't ask if I could change the TV station on our table. Very distracting. Wanted to order a drink, but refused since there were no prices on the drinks menu.

The service was fine, and the atmosphere was alright, but the wings were small, way overdone and completely greasy. The caesar salad had apples in it.. ??? Not a fan of this visit. Other visits here have been okay but this one, not impressed.
I usually go for wings on wed night but went on thurs wings night found the wings were smaller and served with fries .Are you kidding me very disappointing definatley not a lb of wings either management needs to pull their socks up!
