This place is a joke. My wife I and our 3 children came in around 8:30pm. My son (11 years old) has been living with multiple life threatening food allergies his entire life. When we go out to restaurants, we bring his own food as it’s not practical to ask the restaurant to cater to his multiple needs. As we sat down to order, the waitress mentioned outside food was not allowed. We explained our situation which she understood but said she had to speak to the manager. When my party and I arrived at the restaurant I requested a seating for 7, the host put us at a table for 6 without getting an additional chair. Put 3 menus both food and beverage on the table and walked, we had 2 children with us and she did not offer or suggest they had a children's menu. I stood in the isle waiting for the hostess to come back with an additional chair, she did not. When I did see her again I advised I requested a table for 7, which she grabbed grabbed a chair from another tabke and basically plopped it down beside me to sit in the isle. I had an outstanding dining experience before few days at this location, where the food was both delicious and beautifully presented, complemented by a fantastic drink menu. What truly made it exceptional was the impeccable customer service from our server, Sakshi, who was attentive and knowledgeable, making us feel valued. This restaurant is a must-visit for its culinary delights and excellent service.

My server nina completely awful, food was amazing, drinks was amazing. She couldn’t remember what any of us ordered, She didn’t bring cutlery. She never asked how we were doing on drinks, Always had empty glasses just sad for such an industry with Amazing potential. Food was meh not worth the prices you pay. The server seemed to be having a bad day and every question was met with by a sour face and felt like it was a bother to ask for things like drink refills. Daughters chicken wasn’t fully cooked. I understand t prices in the sports area area are going to be high but I would expect the food to be fully cooked and have some flavour. Wouldn’t ever come back here

Honestly a great restaurant and service. Just walked in everyone was pleasant and friendly the service was great and the food was perfect for a pub fast food restaurant can’t go wrong . Feel bad for the waiter when this jerk walked on in with a walker and was so rude the entire time. I have him a good tip for his patience ! Way to go. Wish I got his name. ???

My team wanted to go here when I had recommended a better place. The waitstaff didn't pay any attention to us, basically threw the guys in the table and never checked on us or offered condiments. We had to chase them down to get the bill.Food was cooked from frozen.Not recommended unless you want beer and to watch sports. Not good for a business lunch.

Came on Tuesday October 10th for half price wings. Server told us the 7 days of the week specials were only until 3pm, which is either a lie or completely ridiculous. I had cajun calamari and it was delicious and crispy went amazing with beer! Portion size was good, enough to feed a big man. Ambience was nice and staff was friendly. I would go again.

The worst experience ever. Worst customer service, no cutlery service provided until asked for. They had issues with understanding the most basic customer service things.
