I've been dining at Hope for about 10 years, and it's my favorite American Chinese restaurant when it comes to food. While the atmosphere is quite basic—nothing to write home about as far as ambiance goes, with simple seating and an older building—the food is outstanding. I typically order the chicken or pork fried rice, along with orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and sesame chicken. If you enjoy these dishes, I'd argue they are the best in the Twin Cities.
