Even if the meal was not properly spoken bad, we can only deplore a number of false notes for an establishment of this level (from € 56). -the sommelier overturns a glass of white wine at the beginning of the meal. when such an incident occurs, usually the glass is replaced by the same wine or similar. It was not. We will be offered a glass of red wine with cheese but, on the one hand, only after we shared all of our remarks and, on the other, it is not exactly the same thing. - we used to have reduced portions and it was the case of fish for 3 of the guests for whom we were really at the low limit. rendezvous taken in this great and beautiful batisse in the removal of the road towards the protected terrace with for view the very nice garden, touffu, its basin, cypresses and shaded areas. Bell table, nice tablecloth and towels embroidered in the name of the house. The service is impeccable. the dishes are detailed, the wines explained so that everything is in agreement. The menu: à la carte, option amuse mouth, dessert cheese dish (largely copied)The hot foie gras was very good. the dish, a pochouse revisited to restore to the essentials what must be a speciality of the region ... and nothing but for this: thank you for it is a real discovery and a real feast !. the spring menu to 69 € has started well. Amuse-bouche, two per person but different (you have to choose). Egg blown in the heart flowing, original and very well.Dos of sandre and risotto, delicious.Duo of cute and veal ris, there is the catastrophe! The cute calf is too cooked, hard and as dried. As for calf ris, it is unqualifiable, dry as cardboard and without any flavor! What happened in the kitchen, are they leftovers or frozen unheated? Unworthy of a chef !rien to recount about the white cheese poached with the chardonnay jelly, good. The restoration would deserve praise if the main dish had not knocked down our dinner.

complicated customer I am and despite this this place remains at the top. for this great day, a family meal, a special menu gradient, from the reception to the start the staff is at small care. dishes of excellent assemblies follow in a charming presentation. the proportions are sufficient and small mouths in preambles are not missing and the transitions are very suitable. If you come out of table with a very difficult hollow. to summarize, a great moment. the very competent sommelier is in small care. there is the price that corresponds to the benefit. Bravo. a restaurant in which we have already come several times. The welcome is very pleasant and without superfluous. The menu at 55€ is a delight with: several amuse-bouche, entrance, dish, cheese or white cheese, pre-dessert, dessert. everything is fresh and quality. I tried for the first time the pochouse (traditional flat) very good also, privileged the preparation "selon didier denis" without arest and already very scented. High but gastronomic budget!

We had lunch on Sunday 21 May with friends in this restaurant that we knew but we had not attended for some time. the reunions were a real pleasure. a quality menu that is more, generous. we will return, thank you to catherine and didier denis, the happy owners of this place.

being from the region I didn't know this address but really not disappointed very conscientious servers of very good advice, quality cuisine and refined the nice thing too is that the bosses welcome you and really available a super gourmet stop in a setting up.Bravo

We spent an excellent Sunday at the Burgundian hospital. The welcome is warm, the delicious and generous kitchen, and the garden is worth a look!
