The calf liver was too fried and the potato porridge was much too piecey. For a besenwirtschaft ok but not for a 4 hotel! The breakfast buffet had too little choice and was not worthy of a 4 hotel. No raw ham Serrano, parma or the like do not cut off cheese, e.g. mountain cheese in this area! no fresh orange juice, no salmon or the like, no champagne. The 3 plates were constantly empty, even from the crowd too little with the many people!

I visited there in middle of June and almost end of season of asparagus, 'Spargel' in German. There are many options on page after page of the menu. I chose the last one of them and it was wonderfull ! I believe price is reasonable for this quality.
