This hotel offers stunning mountain views. That would be enough of a reason to stay there. But then there is the restaurant, with delicious meals every night, the right balance of healthy and delicious. The hot croissant and pain au chocolate in the morning, the variety of fruits. The rooms are bright and clean, and needles to say that with a balcony it would be hard for you to leave the room watching the sunset from there is an unforgettable experience. The staff is very friendly, cheerful, white as you advise about the activities Crans Montana offers and you can see that they only care and love their work. I go back every time I can, it's never disappointed, it's never the same, it's always better!
We stayed for a few nights, but we could have stayed longer. Upon arrival we were informed that they had improved our room with a balcony and a breathtaking view of the Alps! (Our stay was in July and so the hotel was quiet). The staff was so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The included breakfast had a lot of choice, cereals, fruits, yogurt, fresh bread, bacon and eggs to name just a few. In the evening we visited the restaurant where the food was nice and the service stood with the rest of the hotel on the standard, friendly and they could not do enough for us. What more can I say, others than we would highly recommend and we would like to return a day!
