Note this is a hotel restaurant in an industrial area, really only accessible by car. With a captive hotel clientele it is really remarkable how good the food is. This is fine dining “light”, meaning not quite Michelin style, but the food is creative and very nicely presented. Except compared with most fine dining, the portions are very large. I had the €31 menu. Tuna ceviche for starter, very good (but more like a tartar than a Peruvian ceviche). Scallops and shrimps for main, again very good. I happened to be sitting in the “flow” and saw several other dishes, the lamb shank definitely looked delicious. Actually everything I saw passing by looked awesome. Value for money excellent.
