Called ahead to place an order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived a few minutes early and paid right away. I witnessed the staff all working with food, yet no gloves or hand washing. One man was talking on his phone, while on speakerphone, holding it with one hand and preparing food with the other. Never washed his hands. I asked Abby, who took the order over the phone and took my payment if he was actually making food while touching his cell phone. Send this to the Manager at Hungry Howie's.On Saturday night, I ordered 6.99 deal for large 1 topping pizza at 9:40pm online for Half Pepperoni /Half Sausage , stuffed cheese crust. To pick up pizza in 15 minutes. I got email, person got my order and making it from tracking order. I arrived there and one guy at front cashier. Pizza on shelf is for Donna is not for me. I showed him my order from my phone. He checked on workplace monitor, and he realized. Then he said oven isn't working properly. Why did he check the monitor order? I received these burnt cinnamon sticks for my nieces. I picked them up it’s a 15 min drive one way to get them. By the time we got to them after eating pizza we don’t have time to go back and get a edible serving. I called asking for a credit and they told me I can come in and get a new one or come in and get my money back but my only option is to come back. The person on the phone serving at 7 pm on this Sunday night refused to get a manager to help with the credit claiming the manager went home for the night. They refused to give me their name and said call back tomorrow then hung up. All I wanted was a credit for these inedible sticks

Ordered online, had to call after an hour to see where food was, employee told me they didn 't have salad I already paid for, asked why he didn 't call me to tell me like 45 minutes ago, answered "uh "Told me I could get wings, called back 30 minutes later to just tell him cancel it since it obviously wasn 't coming at that point but I couldn 't even do that because I just got put on hold for 15 minutes without even getting to talk to a person instead. 0 Stars. We did not get our pizza that we ordered. I called to ask where the pizza was after an hour and ten minutes. They didn't have a driver so they called door dash. It was goi g to be another 30 minutes and the pizza had already been out of the oven several minutes.

Luke is super rude not helpful at all and is apparently the only person who works here I will not order from this location anymore these people burnt my entire order and then refused to remake it or refund me Luke is not the manager and there is no manager present

The driver was professional, but the manager was sloppy,unprofessional, overcharged my friend 15% tax,took off from the restaurant,leaving cook an driver alone on a Saturday night.driver told me manager left last weekend too,threatened a customer he would be shot

I ordered a pizza from here last week! Glutin free now today they say they don't have that? So hmn!! Wont bother again! Nokimos is not a frienly is what im finding. I have dealt with lots of rude round here!!!

We had one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had from Hungry Howies. We ordered it and it was ready on time and hot when we picked it up. I would definitely recommend this place for pizza.
