I was excited to try Huxtaburger while I was in Melbourne recently, as I have heard great things about this burger franchise.I opted for the Denise burger meal with a vanilla shake. Some other people in my party opted for the Huxtaburger meals, so I was able to sample both the Denise burger and the Huxtaburger.The reason why this experience was sadly disappointing is that I think there is a glimmer of a decent burger here, but our burgers were somewhat cold and very salty. So the grease had coagulated by the time we were eating them. The Denise burger actually had nice flavours, but was overpowered by the grease and salt.Also, I appreciated the fries as they seem like real potato cut fries,...
First visit to Huxtaburger with my 15 year old grandson and we were not disappointed. The burgers are all made to order and the meat is juicy and tasty. Buns could have been a little less commercial however the chips were stunning . Enjoyed the house larger which is half price during Happy Hour. Not too comfortable when eating inside as there is only high stool seating for perhaps twenty people and t was too windy to eat outside on our visit. Staff are pleasant and ready to help.
True to say that most burger joints fail in that category but I do not enjoy eating cold or just lukewarm burgers. Although drinks you get an unlimited still cost too much alcoholic beverages are expensive.Customer service is good but as I said not timely in delivery and keeping things hot for the customer
I visited this restaurant with my coworkers for our Friday lunch outing. I have to say that the burgers here are some of the best I have ever had. I highly recommend this place if you are a burger lover. Be sure to also try the chips along with the burger, I'm confident you will enjoy them.

I found the burger and chips delicious! The bacon was cooked perfectly and the beef very tasty. They had beer and cider too available. The downside was it was a bit pricey and we had to wait a while. It was a Friday and busy though. Staff were friendly.
If what you thought you needed was a salted caramel milkshake and a fried chicken and slaw slider - there's no better place on earth than Huxtaburger. I'm sure there's plenty of other good stuff too... But why go past this combo hey?!?
Heard alot about huxtaburger before I'd been here and it was definitely worth the hypeDelicious burgers with plenty of different options.
I had the cheese burger and was very disappointed. The bun was soggy, cheese was fake and the patty was small and dry. Don't recommend.

The burger I had was over grilled and too salty for my taste. The French fries were salty too. It was a salty experience.
Good well constructed burger, sloppy as how I like it, great chips.
