I have a great track record of selecting delicious food and drinks, and yesterday was no exception. It was a hot day, and I found the perfect refreshing drink to quench my thirst. I visited i-Tea in Castro Valley for the first time and decided to try the P2 drink. Since I couldn't pronounce the last word of its name, I simply ordered by the number. After a brief wait, my drink arrived, and it was absolutely worth every sip. A manager recommended it, so I highly suggest giving it a try. Just a heads-up: parking can be a bit hectic at the restaurant.
This restaurant has happy hour specials on select drinks and food from 8 to 10 PM, Monday through Thursday. I suggest getting there early, as it tends to get crowded and seating is limited. I always prefer my drinks without ice and with 30% sugar because their beverages can be quite sweet. I really enjoy the diverse selection of drinks they have, which includes classic teas, milk teas, fruit teas, and non-tea frosty options.
The boba at this restaurant is consistently excellent, and the staff is always friendly. Unfortunately, there hasn't been any seating available for a while. I do wish there was more boba in my drinks, but thankfully, they offer an extra boba option on the menu. My favorite drink is the K1, and it never fails to impress with its delicious egg pudding and boba combination. Yum!

I've ordered split cups from the Castro Valley location four times now, and each experience has been disappointing. It's frustrating to pay an extra $1.50 for cups that aren't filled properly. While I can understand price increases, this situation is unacceptable. Why does I-Tea keep doing this?
I was ordering 5 items on last week. That was first thing and the last time. Drinks are disgusting.. food are terrible... I'm didn't regret it. Cause at least I try it and then no more!
I really enjoy their milk teas and cremas. The taro milk tea comes with chunks of taro, which is a nice touch. The agar boba is fantastic! They also accept credit cards.
I come here a lot but this time the drinks didn't taste that good, they didnt add much sugar and its watery but usually is good at both locations

I really enjoy coming to this place. Wait times can be a little long. So I highly recommend that you order ahead. Your drinks are fairly decent
