Ichiki Japanese and Thai

Went on a Monday... I came here before and no issues, but now the food and service have deteriorated significantly. It seems like the sushi was old from day before. Rice tasted horrible like they poured extra vinegar in it. Tempura bits also old, not crunchy.When told the waitress about it she immediately got defensive saying all was fresh and all was good. I asked her to try herself, but she didn't want to. She was just concerned about the bill and that we needed to pay because we had already ate some of it. I asked to speak to the Manager and she said she wasn't available but she would call me. I'm still waiting for the call lol... anyways there are plenty of great sushi places in Vaughan...

Some waiters were so kind! There was this girl with glasses who explained everything perfectly so my friend and I could understand. However, there were two waiters who were rude. They constantly gave dirty looks as well as not being polite. For example, not saying “You’re welcome!” after we thanked them. The food was not worth the price. Some of the food here was seriously dry but some were good such as the salmon teriyaki. The atmosphere was great overall, I adored the decorations. Overall, this is a pricy place. Please do come here only if you can afford it. I recommend going to a different place such as Chako or Maple Sushi. The rude waiters make this experience unenjoyable.

Stopped by this restaurant today. Wanted to dine in for Lunch. The restaurant has like 2 customers. No problem. A lady named “Senina” approached with an attitude when I ask about Lunch special. Her facial changed immediately and asked us to call quick because they will only serve lunch for “12 minutes”. I asked for manager and she said the manager is busy, has no time to talk to me. Well.. we will never return to this place again and no wonder why this restaurant only has 2 customers.

Horrendous experience at this restaurant due to a rude waitress. She displayed unprofessional behavior by rushing us as closing time neared and eventually gathered at our table and asked us to leave out while we were still having dinner. Our evening was ruined by her lack of courtesy and disrespect for paying customers. I advise against visiting this place, as the staff's behavior can taint the dining experience.

we had dinner yesterday and don't go back to this place. Very rude staff, they are fighting with you and giving you anxiety about the food you are ordering. Over charged us with service delivery (15%)however we were only 4 people with 18 month old baby, and this rule wasn't mentioned in their website. If you want to enjoy your meal do go there.Parking: Parking is free

Had an awful time at this restaurant due to an impolite waitress. Her unprofessionalism was evident as she rushed us out close to closing time, even interrupting our dinner. A disappointing experience that left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected as paying customers. Not recommended, as the staff's attitude can ruin your meal and mood.

Great all you can eat buffet. Tasty appetizers. The torched and flamed sushi, short ribs, beef, tempura vegetables, salad… the taste was spot on. The hot and sour soup could be better however overall this place is worth going back. Lastly their customer service, the ladies were responsive and kind.

Been here many times over the years and it's amazing every time. Lots of food selection and fast service. The torched rolls and the creme brule are incredible.

Went for some all you can eat. Fish was fresh but the rice ball of the sushi was too big and warm. Service was quick though.

I get my sushi takeout here all the time. This place never disappoints. Love the food and the price is very reasonable.
