I attempted to place an online order, but it seems you can't order in advance for the night before? After several hours, I finally managed to get my order through and requested delivery for 8:40. At 8:45, the DoorDash driver messaged me, claiming I had the wrong address. I informed him I was standing outside waiting, but he continued to argue with me. Over an hour passed with back-and-forth texts and running up and down the steps. When I called IHOP, the person who answered sounded completely uninterested and even said it wasn't her problem. I pass by every iHOP in Philadelphia just to come to this one because the service is consistently fantastic! Every server provides excellent customer service, is very attentive, and has a cheerful demeanor. Even the host is wonderful! I absolutely love dining here.

The wait time is lengthy, but that's not unusual. I do appreciate their new protocols in place for addressing COVID.
