We were a group of four. The place was not crowded, but the service was very slow. Most of our party was almost finished eating before one of the omelets that was ordered was brought out and it was misplaced. The order for the Omelet was required without tomatoes, and it was written down on the order pad and confirmed twice and the Omelet had cooked tomatoes all during the Omelet. We usually get better service when we come, but this time lacked service and personnel. Make sure you pay your tab, ask for all your change back and not just the invoices. They assume that it's there to keep them as a tip that has been added to the service we have received.

Terrible customer service. It took an hour for them to make a big pile of pancakes. They kept me waiting for 30 minutes in the car. I finally went in and waited for the woman in the register to look at me for 4 minutes. I had to ask three different people for my food. The restaurant was less than half full and there were more than 5 people on the floor. This location is required in an immense customer service training. Mediocre food and terrible service. I will not visit this place again.

I ordered a whole series of cookies and Gravy. This small container had 2 cookies and 2 condiment size containers of the worse engraving I had in my life. Definitely not worth waiting or price!!!! I should have just gone to McDonalds or somewhere else. Don't get the cookies and Gravy.

Very clean, and very pleasant environment to Brunch. The manager served us was more than professional. She greeted us like Kings and that made our day after a long morning. I had a salad....don 't judge me. ? #goals (it was ? .

Chris was an excellent waiter. He was so polite and helpful. The restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were the cleanest what we saw in the DC area. Our food was excellent.
