The manager usually greets customers when they enter, but once she steps away, the service tends to decline. During my recent visit, I approached the pick-up counter where a young woman was engaged in a conversation with another customer about their school. Instead of taking my order, she abruptly shifted her attention elsewhere. I had to remind her that I was there to pick up an order and provided my name. Another young staff member mentioned that my order had just come through and she would prepare it. I politely pointed out that I had placed my order 30 minutes earlier, so that couldn’t be true.

this is my first actual review of a business because every time i come here i have such a horrible experience i have to remember to never do it again. horrible service. everyone working there looks like they are being forced. they take forever to take orders. then they take forever to make the smoothies. i wait at least 15min for one simple smoothie every time. and to top it off the place smells disgusting like they clean with dirty mop water, if at all. the first time i thought they may have been having a bad day so i have it another try. 3 times in it is consistently horrible on every level. never again. and this is not my experience of other tropical smoothie locations, which are much mor...
This is the longest wait for a smoothie ever. They left people in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. They didn?t move the customers with larger orders to the side in order to move the faster customers along. They jus t made us sit and wait. They are way too slow. I understand some places don?t have a lot of employees right now but you have to adjust in order to move the line faster. We go to the drive thru because we already don?t have a lot of time to wait. And for goodness sake, it?s just a smoothie.
This is the best Tropical Smoothie compared to 2 others within a 25min drive. I will bypass them to come to this location. Orders correct and very well blended (no chunky items). Best tasting. Pleasant staff. They do offer the special smoothies that other locations have told me they are not serving. I have not tried the food yet. Order ahead and pick up in store, or drive through.

The smoothies and food are good but the customer service at every location I've been to is bad. The drive through is extremely slow and always messes up your order. Today it's my all american wrap that they forgot. I was asked to pull around to the handicap and they will bring it out. It's been over 10 minutes. I bet they forgot again.
Just look at the pictures and you will understand the reason for my rating. I was given this apple as my side and my chicken, bacon, ranch flatbread had 3 cube size pieces of chicken in it. The guy making this food would not want to eat this himself so why would he serve this to a paying customer.
15 mins for a smoothie I never got and the manager or whoever she was. Was very rude when I asked for my smoothie or refund l! I will continue making the extra trip to Bowie to avoid this place!!
This Tropical smoothie is thanks to the owner EVERYTHING. Mr. Troutman greets patrons and even briefly engages. The food and drinks are also amazing. I recommend this TSC.
