We tried to settle our bill but couldn’t locate our server, so we approached the manager. Unfortunately, her response was just to instruct us to pay our server before walking away. Eventually, our server came back, and we managed to pay. Although the service was lacking, I left a $5 tip out of respect for the challenges faced in the industry.
Overall, this IHOP needs serious training and significant improvements. Despite being close to my location, I will be avoiding this establishment in the future. Also, it was disappointing to see that all the tables were dirty and sticky.
This place is horrible with customer service. The greeters are never really there and it always seems nasty and not sanitary. I've been coming for years because it's convenient to home but I always regret my decision. We've walked out Several times on different occasions. The manager at the time I went, March 9, 2023, was absolutely rude to her employees and was very cold and unwelcoming to guest. This franchise definitely need to look into this location because it's giving them a bad name.
As filthy as the other reviews say. The kitchen is loud, unorganized and unlike other IHOPs, this was empty for Sat Brunch. The bathrooms are filthy and it took them just 10 mins to assign me a server in the empty restaurant. Hope IHOP management takes notice (I have visited so many ihops before) and this one is downright terrible.
Awful. The people who “work” there very obviously don’t want to be there, and it shows by how uninterested and discourteous they were. If you’re looking to spend your hard-earned money on some good food with friendly service then THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. So disappointing.

No one to greet you , I had to wait. Very slow service for everything, even the check.Other waiters saw I was waiting and didn’t care at all. What has happened to the I hop I used to enjoy going to?????Won’t return to this location again.
Waited to be seated with multiple empty tables. Then took 10 min to get coffee ordered. 25 min before food ordered. Food was luke warm when it came out. They forgot my toast. Took 15 min to finally get check after they cleared our table.
This is the worst managed IHOP I have ever been to. We have given it a try 3 times and the service is non existent.
Place needs renovation, hall smells bad, and unfortunately. almost always there is no people to help you.

Waiting anywhere for an hour or more is better than the service or food you'll receive from here.
The whole restaurant needs a deep cleaner! New management's as well.
