It was easy to find and spot this IHOP. We were seated and gave our order. To add chocolate chips to our pancakes, it was a $1.99 upgrade, which I think it a lot to just add some chips on there but I did it. They don?t have a breakfast menu for kidsso we ordered the 2x2x2 and I got the smokehouse combo. My husband got the Fajita Bowl. For a family of 2 adults and 1 kid under2, our total without tip was $51! I don?t remember IHOP being this expensive but I don?t think we would dine at IHOP againbecause that was expensive for what we got.
I had a fantastic experience this morning at the restaurant. Our server, named Rara, was attentive and very friendly. The service was quick and courteous, and the food was excellent. The presentation, temperature, and taste were all wonderful. Surprisingly, the dishes looked just like they did in the menu photos. (As a vegetarian, I swapped the bacon onto my plate!) Everyone involved in the dining experience did a great job, making it a truly enjoyable meal from start to finish.
In August 2021, the food at IHOP was decent, but the restaurant was understaffed and very busy on a Friday morning. The staff and restrooms were average, and the food was fairly typical. Unfortunately, it took a long time to place our order and to receive our meals. We ended up spending nearly 90 minutes there, which was longer than we wanted since we were traveling.
I wish I could give this restaurant 6 stars. My family and I came in late morning and were seated right away. Our meals arrived fast and were cooked to perfection. I especially loved the French fries and the Mexican burrito. The restaurant was clean, and the server was attentive despite the moderate crowd.

82021 The food was good. They were cut with people for a Friday morning. The staff was okay. The toilets were okay. But the food was a typical farewell. It took only a very long time to wait and then the food was a while. Almost 90 minutes there and we were on our way. So didn't want to be so long.
Went here for Veterans Day, the staff was super friendly. We arrived early, not busy, but it sure picked up, and they all worked as a team, and were getting orders out. The food was delicious, and the service was great.
IHOP makes a great breakfast. This restaurant was clean and service was excellent. Had their $5 special (2 eggs, 2 bacon 2 pacakes) a delicious bargain and plenty to eat!
The restaurant did not provide any silverware, and the customer service was lacking.
