I mean, it's a Wendy's, not the nicest Wendy's, but I got some food and I haven't contracted the symptoms of food poisoning yet sooooooooo that's good so far. It was also surprisingly clean (the dining area, the bathroom was slightly below average , but the toilet was clean, that's all that really matters in the end). I will try not go again, but if I just need a sandwich and need a quick place to stop I would probably take their drive through if I really needed to. I got the spicy chicken sandwich with a small fry. It wasn't anything special. It's fast food and even on the sketchier end of fast food, my expectations were low.
I discovered the apple pecan salad and have been a loyal fan since January 2022. Even though I usually avoid fast food, this salad is simply perfect to me. I also want to give a shout-out to the lovely Latina woman at the take-out window. Since I mostly use the drive-through, I’ve seen her several times, and she always greets me with a smile, friendliness, and politeness. She recognizes me now, and her cheerful attitude truly brightens my day. I wish I could tip her, but all I can do is express my appreciation for how much she enhances the public image of Wendy's on Suburban. Thank you, sweet lady, thank you!
The food at this restaurant tends to vary quite a bit. There are moments when the dishes are served hot, fresh, and delicious; however, there are other times when the food is cold, stale, and lacking flavor. One day, everything may be excellent, while the next, the chili might come with hard, burnt beans or be undercooked. Additionally, they sometimes serve items in containers that are meant for different menu items, like baked potatoes or pub fries. If you're craving Wendy's, it could be worth stopping by, but just don’t expect too much.
This Wendy's has consistently delivered excellent service for as long as I can remember—at least 15 years. The place is always clean, the staff is attentive, and the food is consistently prepared just right. It's impressive to see such reliability, especially considering how many places have struggled over the past few years. Clearly, something is being managed extremely well here.

I was driving a motorcoach and had to stop to wait for my group. I picked this restaurant because it looked welcoming. I ordered a burger, fries, and a drink. The restaurant was very clean, and the air conditioning was nice and cool, which felt fantastic. The food was outstanding, and I would rate it 5 stars! I definitely hope to come back.
This was my first time having breakfast at the restaurant, and it was quite good. I ordered a meal that included sausage, eggs, and cheese, which came with potato wedges. I also had a drink of pineapple and mango. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures of my meal.
I really love this place! The staff is always friendly and attentive, and my meals are consistently served hot, fresh, and just as I ordered. The breakfast croissant I had this morning was incredible—I went with the sausage and egg and added some bacon.
I visit this place once a month and always order a chili. The staff are decent, and my order is always accurate. They serve the best fast food burgers in the area—fresh beef really makes a difference!
