Our server, Jennifer, did an exceptional job. The restaurant was busy, so we had to wait for twenty minutes. I ordered a big breakfast with eggs, ham, sausage, bacon, hash browns, and pancakes. While everything was cooked perfectly, the portions were surprisingly small. It felt like everything was miniaturized. It had been years since I last visited an IHOP, and it will probably be years before I go back again.
IHOP is decent, but not amazing. The bacon tasted terrible in my mouth, but the food itself was really good. The burgers and onion rings were absolutely delicious, like heaven. The milkshake was also fantastic. Unfortunately, the wait for my food was 50 minutes, but overall I enjoy IHOP. Just be cautious of rude customers and employees. Goodbye.
We go quite often... our favorite waiter is Alberto and our favorite waitress is Cookie. Our food is always hot and fresh. They are both very fast with their services...no need to wait to be seated! I the Manager Rose' she always goes over and over before and during this pandemic. One last thing.... bring a sweater... it's always cold.
I have been dining there for about a year and have never had any issues with the service or the food. However, when I visited on Friday morning, the new manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. We arrived at the restaurant at 9 a.m. and were surprised to find it nearly empty. However, within 20 minutes, the place became overcrowded. I ordered the spinach and mushroom omelette along with buttermilk pancakes. IHOP never disappoints and always brings happiness.
The food is delicious, although I find the price for an omelette to be a bit high. The pancakes are always a highlight and never let me down. The fish platter is also a must-try!
