we had dinner there last week and everything was in order until it was time to pay the bill. we were presented the bill at the table and left a tip and went to the front to pay. after more than 5 minutes to watch how employees of us go and ignore us, we finally went back to the restaurant and found someone who helps us. After we told them we wanted to pay our bill, they told us that they only made credit card payments at the front and we had to go back and sit at our table and someone would be over to take our payment. we stand there with cash in the hand and they refuse to pay? no es la primero ves que vamos a comer a este lugar por lo regular estan escasoso de personal y el servicio a sido muy satisfaction pero en esta ocasión tenian demaciado personal que el servicio a nuestra mesa fue demasiado pobre alpunto que tuve que buscar a mi mesero y levantame a pedir lo que necesitaba NO TIENEN ORGANISACION it is not the first time that we go to eat at this place, usually they are short of staff and the service has been very satisfactory but on this occasion they had too many staff that the service at our table was too poor to the point that I had to look to my waiter and get me up to ask for what I needed THEY HAVE NO ORGANIZATION
After trying unsuccessfully to find an entrance we realized that it was a hotel entrance. The waitress was excellent, she understood that my friend hadn't eaten in 24 hours and brought her coffee immediately along with our food in less than 10 minutes. The gluten free waffle was fantastic, the egg white scramble was hot and tasty. My friend inhaled her large breakfast platter and finally her face was pink. An excellent breakfast. I would go there again. If you don't like children playing near you don't dine here, it doesn't bother me. Everybody needs to eat.
After a few more minutes, a young waiter came over to assist a family that had just arrived, while we had been sitting there for 30 minutes with no service at all. We even tried raising our hands to get attention, but they completely ignored us. The final straw was when the same staff member who had cleared a table near us ended up taking care of the new guests instead of acknowledging us. The service was incredibly poor.

I hadn't been to IHOP in a while, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It wasn't too busy, so we seated ourselves right away. I ordered the Belgian waffle, mozzarella sticks, and fries. The mozzarella sticks were decent, but not as impressive as I remembered. The fries were okay, but nothing memorable. The waffle was pretty disappointing; it lacked flavor without syrup. Honestly, IHOP just isn't what it used to be.
I have the best tilapia probably the best I had in quite a long time. I ordered kartoffels with broccoli and a next order of mac cheese and a pepsi. they have forgotten to bring the garlic toast. However, the meal was so delicious filling, it was really not important. I highly recommend ordering this very affordable dish. my bill $18..00The time I went to the restaurant was just before 5.00 clock
The service was good, although the food took a bit longer to arrive than we anticipated. However, when it finally did come, it was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. I really appreciated how hot everything was and that it was brought to our table right away. I'm a big fan of Minions! We came specifically for the Minion menu and were reminded of just how wonderful an IHOP can be!
There was a wait but we were seated quickly, our waiter was good! we got our food fairly quick which was nice! overall a 10/10 Good job staff! we will be returning to this location

Seriously Yelpers you know what an IHOP is, a breakfast all day place. Yeah, you wait. Food is good, just an omelette and Hask browns and some pancakes and toast for me.
