I like to order online for pickup and this is by far the best iHop I've EVER been to. My food is fresh every time and the omelets always have flavor, cheese, etc all throughout not just the middle. I ask for egg whites instead of regular eggs and everything comes out so delicious. The hash browns have the right amount of crisp. My pancakes are always fluffy and buttery (I'm not a pancake person and am picky). Much respect to the chef and hostess for working hard. I can only imagine how difficult it is to work in the restaurant industry. Thank you for making my food with love! I've definitely had bad iHop before, but this location takes pride in their food.
This place stayed busy but this location is the worst IHOP I've been to. Waffles were decent. Portions are smaller than I've had at other Ihop locations. All the drinks we had were watered down. I don't recommend the tea, lemonade, or any of the berry splashes here. Our waitress seemed stressed out but managed to keep a somewhat pleasant tone, but the space is extremely small so we overheard several employees complaining.The restrooms are horribly kept! The smell and build up indicate multiple days of neglect. We were highly disappointed and do not plan to return.
The meal was decent, but the service was slow and unreliable. I had to ask twice for ranch dressing for my burger and waited about 5 minutes before the manager finally sent our waiter to us. When I requested syrup for my blueberry waffles (as I dislike horn), I was given three different syrups (including maple) and butter, but no ranch dressing. Additionally, the temperature inside the restaurant was uncomfortably warm. Not a great experience.
that was okay. the customer service was not so good. server just got our order and brought our food. they didn't come to check us out. I had to do without someone refilling my coffee. the device needs a redesign. they had sat us under a vent that ran out and we had to move. they kept sitting ppl in the same table and ended up moving them too. it just needs to be more honest.

The service was terrible as they did not ask us for our drink orders. We ended up leaving as a result. Additionally, the remaining tables had a lot of droplets on the floor. Our server, Erlin, did not seem to care about serving us. We will not be returning to this restaurant and instead recommend going to Denny's down the road.
My waitress was rude and gave us a straw bent in half and then when I asked for my garlic bread that came with my meal she argued with me that it wasn't included after I get the menu and show her it comes with it she just drops on the table. I will not come back here again.
Great service and delicious food, but I can't understand why there's no air conditioning in this place. Patrons are sipping cup after cup of hot coffee, adding spicy sauces to their meals, and it's warm and stuffy inside! Please turn on the AC!
They make you come inside to get your curbside orders! Had me waiting for 30 minutes in the CURBSIDE PARKING SPOT my order. Street going in a second time they said my order was ready a while ago just sitting behind the host desk.

Loved it! Best I-Hop I've ever been to. Place is vibrant with great staff and you can see they all work well together.
The pancakes were delicious and fluffy, and the T-bone steak was cooked perfectly.
