Ihop - Reservar una mesa

The food was delicious, the cashier was friendly. I did take out, the only thing that bothered me was so many people not wearing mask and their was no social Distancing that I could see. I waited outside in the cold for the most part. Thankfully my food was ready in a timely manner.

Clean. Nice staff. But, like a lot of places, they are short staffed which can adversely affect wait times to be seated and served. They do let you know this off the top, which I liked. Food was good. I had the sirloin tips dinner with mashed potatoes and broccoli.

The restaurant was packed, they had a family meeting on a group table and I could say they were underused. The server we had was great to think that we have this big party and several other tables. She was very friendly and kept her composure under pressure.

They were changing shifts so our waitress transferred us to someone else, so no refills, no butter for our pancakes, just bad service. Really cold in there, bring a jacket and be prepared for a wait, even if Noone is there.

The food came out within a good amount of time and was good. Server was attentive. The facility was decent but could be cleaner and that’s why my rating is so low.
